Delete your Awaystamp account
From the app or by email, and what happens to your data.

From the app (immediate)
Open Awaystamp, tap your account on Home and choose Delete account. Once you confirm, it is erased immediately.
Without the app, by email
Email admin@zuritatech.com with the subject “Delete my Awaystamp account” from your account's email, so we can check it's you. Don't send us your password. We confirm the deletion within 30 days at most.
What is deleted
Your account and sessions, all your visits, photos and tickets (including the files), your points and ranking positions, who you follow and who follows you, your public profile and your 3D view counter.
What is kept
Backups keep deleted data for up to 14 days on our server and up to 12 months in the encrypted off-site backups (Backblaze), and are only restored in case of disaster. Purchases are handled by Google Play, which keeps its own records.
Important: your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
