Awaystamp terms and conditions
The ground rules, in plain language.
Last updated: 12 October 2026
Purpose and who provides the service
These terms govern the use of the Awaystamp app. It is provided by Juan Zurita Ruiz-Ruano, an individual trading as ZuritaTech (tax ID 26828689V), Calle Alta Cartuja, 20, Granada (España). Contact: admin@zuritatech.com. By creating an account or using Awaystamp you accept them. How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.
Minimum age
You must be at least 14, or the higher age required by the law of your country.
Account
You are responsible for keeping access to your email and your password secure, and for activity under your account. Your username and display name are shown to other users: don't use someone else's name or offensive names. You can delete the account at any time (how to).
Content you upload and acceptable use
The photos and notes you upload are yours. You authorise us only to store and show them according to the visibility you choose, to provide the service to you. Only upload photos that are yours or that you have the right to use, with no nudity, violence, hateful content or recognisable people without their permission. We review photos before approving them and may reject or delete them. Don't log fake visits to inflate points, tamper with the app to get Pro without paying, overload the service or access other people's data. We may remove points or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Reports, blocks and moderation
Reporting. On any ranking, tap “⋯” next to a fan and choose “Report”: an offensive name, impersonation, cheating, illegal content or something else. If you don't have an account, use the “Report this profile” link on any public profile or email admin@zuritatech.com with the address of the content, why you believe it is illegal or breaks these rules, your name and email, and a statement that you are acting in good faith. We confirm we received it and tell you what we decide.
Blocking. From the same “⋯” you can block someone: you stop seeing each other on rankings and neither of you can follow the other. They aren't told, and you can unblock them in Account › Blocked fans.
How we decide. A person reviews every report and every photo, with no automated decisions. We may reject or delete a photo, reset a display name or suspend an account, in proportion to how serious it is and whether it repeats. When we take a measure we explain what and why in the app (rejected photos show their reason; suspensions, when you try to sign in).
If you disagree. Reply to admin@zuritatech.com explaining why and, where possible, a different person will review the decision again; if we got it wrong, we undo it. You can also go to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body or to the courts.
Point of contact for users and authorities (EU Digital Services Act): admin@zuritatech.com, in Spanish or English.
Pro, subscriptions and withdrawal
Awaystamp is free. Pro is offered as a subscription; the current price is shown in the app before you buy. It is bought and managed through Google Play, which charges, renews and refunds under its own terms. It renews automatically until you cancel it in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions, and you keep Pro until the end of the period paid. Pro's real 3D view has a monthly number of opens shown in the app. Deleting the account or uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
Right of withdrawal (EU). For digital content supplied immediately, the 14-day right of withdrawal is lost once performance begins with your express consent; since Pro activates instantly, this is the usual case. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its policy; if you need it, email admin@zuritatech.com and we'll help. This doesn't limit your mandatory consumer rights.
Stadium, match and crest data
Stadium, city and match data come from open sources (Wikidata, GeoNames, OpenFootball, Wikipedia, Wikimedia Commons) and may contain errors. Awaystamp isn't affiliated with any club, league or federation; the badges in the app are our own designs, not official crests. Credits for each source are in the app.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep Awaystamp working and without losing data, but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit. None of this limits liability that cannot legally be limited or your rights as a consumer.
Changes and governing law
We may update the app and these terms; if a change is material, we'll tell you in the app before it applies. They are governed by Spanish law; if you're a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence and the mandatory rules of your country protect you. Write to us first at admin@zuritatech.com to try to resolve any problem.
