Delete your Miloop account

From the app (immediate)

1. Open Miloop and go to Pet › Account & sync.
2. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Without the app

Email admin@zuritatech.com with the subject "Delete my Miloop account" from your account's email. We will confirm the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account, sessions and devices, and the households where you are the only member, with all their pets, health data, photos, documents, routines, appointments and expenses. In shared households your personal data is unlinked and the other members keep their pets.

What is kept

Only what the law requires, such as subscription purchase records, for the legal period. Server backups rotate out within 30 days.

Important: deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions.
