Privacy policy

Miloop is an app to organize your pets' care. This policy explains what data we process, why, who we share it with and how to exercise your rights. Miloop never sells your data.
1. Controller

2. Data we process

Your pets' health information is only used to provide the service: never for advertising and never shared with advertisers. Miloop does not diagnose or suggest doses.
3. Legal basis
Performance of the service you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for the account, sync and subscriptions; your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for statistics, crash logs and personalized ads, which you can withdraw anytime in Pet › Privacy; and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for security and abuse prevention.
4. Who we share data with
Only service providers under contract:
- IONOS (server and file hosting, in the European Union).
- Cloudflare (content delivery and attack protection): connections to the website and the API go through its servers, which see your IP address and technical connection data. It does not store your account content.
- Google: Google Play (purchases), Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics (statistics and crashes, with consent), Google AdMob (ads, with IAB TCF consent), Google Maps and Places (map and nearby places; when you view a walk's map, Google downloads map data for that area and sees your IP address, but does not receive the route) and Sign in with Google.
- OpenStreetMap (Nominatim and Overpass): area and nearby search with the approximate location.
- The email delivery provider, to send you sign-in codes.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States) under GDPR safeguards: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention
While you keep your account. If you delete it, we erase your account and the households where you are the only member (pets, health, photos and documents) within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep (such as purchase records). Server backups rotate out within 30 days. Walks stay on your phone until you delete the walk, the pet or all app data.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export (Pet › Privacy › Export), object to, restrict and erase your data, and withdraw consent. Email admin@zuritatech.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). To delete your account: how to delete your account.
7. Children
Miloop is not directed to children under 14. If you believe a child gave us data, write to us and we will delete it.
8. Security
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), short and revocable sessions, credentials stored in the phone's secure storage and logs without personal or health data.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we will tell you in the app before the change applies.
