Miloop terms and conditions
The ground rules, in plain language.
Last updated: 6 October 2026
Purpose and who provides the service
These terms govern the use of the Miloop app and its website. It is provided by Juan Zurita Ruiz-Ruano, an individual trading as ZuritaTech (tax ID 26828689V), Calle Alta Cartuja, 20, Granada (España). Contact: admin@zuritatech.com. By installing or using Miloop you accept them. How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.
Minimum age
You must be at least 14 years old to use Miloop. If the law of your country requires a higher age (for example, 15 in France or 16 in Germany), that is the minimum age that applies to you. Only in Brazil, India, Indonesia, South Africa and Nigeria, where the law requires age assurance or an age of majority of 18, the app asks you to confirm that you are 18 or older; otherwise you can't use it. If you're younger than that age, please don't use it.
Account
You can use Miloop without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping access to your email, for the accuracy of what you record and for activity under your account. You can delete it at any time (how to). We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Acceptable use
Don't use Miloop for illegal activities, to harm or overload the service, to bypass its limits or checks (for example, tampering with the device or app to get Premium without paying), to decompile it except as the law allows, or to access other people's data. Only members you invite to your household see shared data.
Subscriptions, purchases and withdrawal
Miloop is free. Miloop+ (Individual or Family) is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription; current prices are shown in the app and on the pricing page before you buy. It is bought and managed through Google Play, which charges, renews and refunds under its own terms. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel; you can do so any time in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions and keep the benefits until the end of the period already paid. A free trial, when offered, is only for people who haven't had the subscription before. Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
Right of withdrawal (EU). If you're a consumer in the EU, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost once performance begins with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you will lose it; when you buy on Google Play and Premium activates instantly, this is the usual case. Even so, refunds are handled by Google Play under its policy (you can request one through Google Play's “Request a refund” help page) and, if you need it, email admin@zuritatech.com and we'll help. This doesn't limit mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, brand, texts and code belong to Juan Zurita Ruiz-Ruano or are used under licence. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Miloop. What you record (your pets' data and photos) is yours; you authorise us only to process it to provide the service to you.
Disclaimer
Miloop is a pet-care organising tool. It is not a veterinary service: it doesn't diagnose, suggest doses or replace your vet. If you have any doubt about your pet's health, consult your vet and, in an emergency, call an emergency vet service. Miloop is for pets only, not for people: don't use it to manage anyone's medication or health, or to locate or monitor another person. GPS and tag tracking is indicative and can fail; it doesn't guarantee you'll find your pet. Nearby places, hours, reviews and prices come from third parties and may contain errors.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep Miloop always working and without losing data, but can't guarantee it 100%: the service is provided “as is”. Reminders and features also depend on your phone's permissions and settings. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit arising from use of the app. None of this limits liability that cannot legally be limited (wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury) or your rights as a consumer.
Changes, suspension and termination
We may update the app and these terms; if a change is material, we'll tell you in the app before it applies. You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access if you breach these terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence and the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to protect you. The EU online dispute resolution platform is no longer available; you can write to us first at admin@zuritatech.com to try to resolve it.
